Grassfed Burger Wraps

hear more surprise from my patients about this recipe than any of the ones on my Rhythm Cleanse. Many people just can't believe they can have beef while cleansing, but that's simply not the casel

This meal pairs some really incredible vitamins together. Iron, B-Vitamins (specifically B6 and Folate), Omega-3 fats, and even Vitamin C. This also increases the absorption of iron, which is essential for the blood to carry more oxygen while your losing weight in your cleanse.

Many minerals, B-vitamins, and Vitamins K, A, and C are found in romaine lettuce making it ideal for Wrapping a delicious burger!

Ingredients

114 Lb. Grassfed Beef patty
1 head of romaine lettuce (set aside 2 large leaves for your wrap)
1/4 chopped onion
1 diced red pepper
1 handful of your favorite vegatable A few diced bananapeppers/pickles (optional)
Mustard

Preparation

Cookburger in skillet until almost crispy brown. (If you sear the meat where it burns, you're adding glycosylated proteins to the meal which are more for you to detoxify. Avoid browning as much as possible, but Cook to medium done-ness.)

Wrap in romaine dressed with onion, red pepper and mustard. Adda few bananapeppers if desired.

Use remaining romaine lettuce and ingredients for your salad. Top with the oil and vinegar dressing below.

Oil and Vinegar Dressing

1/4 cup of olive oil
114 Cup red wine winegar
Dash of oregano
