This recipe is apart of my 3-Step Rhythm Cleanse, which you can learn all about right here
2 hardboiled eggs
4 oz. of chopped Brussel Sprouts
1 handful of chopped kale
1 Tbsp of shallots (or 2Tbsp onion)
1 small garlic clove
1 Tbsp of coconut oil
Dash of Salt
Dash of Black Pepper
Bring your water to a rolling boil, and drop your eggs in for 8 minutes.
While eggs are boiling, melt your coconut oil over Medium+ heat and toss everything else into your skillet until it's all soft and golden brown.
Peel the eggs, add to salad, and enjoy Makes 1 serving.
Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing
For a wonderful little addition to this meal, mix together the following and enjoy 2 Tbsp per serving.
114 Cup of Olive Oil
1/8 Cup of Lemon Juice
1TBSP of Dijon Mustard (any Willdo, but organic or stone ground are cleaner for cleanse)
Dash of Black Pepper and Sea Salt
